Lago Dos Cisnes

With music by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Swan Lake is one of the most famous and seen ballets ever. An order from the Bolshoi Theater to Tchaikovsky, Lake of the Swans premiered in March 1877 with libretto by Vladimir Begitchev and Vasily Geltzer.
Icon of the romantic ballet, Swan Lake tells the story of an impossible love between a prince and a swan girl, highlighting the beloved theme of this period, the evil-good duality represented by the purity of the white swan and the duplicity of the black swan . His choreography, signed by Marius Petipa, is a challenge to the dancers, demanding them great technique in the interpretation of the movements of the swans.
A Christmas tradition at the Tivoli BBVA Theater, Swan Lake will be held on 7 and 8 December, by the Russian National Ballet Company. Founded in 1989 by Sergei Radchenko, one of the most important soloists of the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow, the Russian National Ballet has a repertoire that favors the classical ballets, which has been around the world for almost 3 decades.
