- General Pass: 24 JUL - 09 AUG (17 Days - access to all concerts except Musical Dinners)
- Opening Weekend Pass: 24-26 JUL
- Middle Weekend Pass: 31 JUL - 02 AUG
- Farewell Weekend Pass: 07-09 AUG
- All passes must be redeemed for individual concert tickets at the Festival Welcome Center / Ticket Office.
- All passes automatically grant access to Zone A (nearer to stage) at all concerts where it may apply (Marvão Castle Courtyard and N. Sra. da Estrela Church).
- The entrance at the concert venue is not allowed after the beginning of the performance, unless the organization's assistants indicate otherwise. It is recommended to arrive at the concert venue a few minutes in advance.
- No photography or recording is permitted during the performance, unless otherwise informed.
- Please turn off your cell phone during the performance.
- The age rating of the concerts is indicative and mandatory under the law. All children under 12 are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult and hold a valid ticket as well.
